Theofanis S. Kiriacoulis
Birth Year:1965
Studies: Graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with a B.Sc. degree in Economics.
Working Experience: He started his involvement with the Group from Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping LTD (today’s Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping Sole Shareholder CO.LTD ), in the share capital of which he entered in 1984. He was a founding shareholder of Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A. during its establishment in December 1986. In January 1987 he was elected executive member of the Board of Directors of Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A. Ιn April 1997 he took the position of Chief Executive Officer while from February 1998 until July 2021, he held at the same time the position of the Chairman of the Board of Directors. His executive duties in Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A. mainly concern issues of fleet management and marketing. Since June 2002 he participates in the Board of Directors of Kiriacoulis Marinas S.A. (former Mediterranean Villages S.A.) holding the position of the Vice-Chairman. Since the establishment of the subsidiary Marina Kalamatas Tourism Sole Shareholder S.A. (former Marina Kalamatas Tourism S.A.) in August 1998 he participates in the Board of Directors as a member.
Finally, he participated in the Board of Directors of companies with main activity the leasing and exploitation of tourist ports, in which Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A. in the past held a percentage in their share capital.

Studies: Graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with a B.Sc. degree in Economics and holder of a Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Piraeus.
Seminars: “Corporate Governance – The training of board members and members of independent committees” and “SAs Financial Statements in accordance with GAS and IAS and the application of the Law concerning SAs” and “SAs – Practical application – Legislative and jurisprudential developments” at Nomiki Bibliothiki SA.
Working Experience: Since September 1990 he is involved with the organization and operation of the Financial Department of Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A. . In March 1992 he was elected executive member of the Board of Directors of Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A. . Since April 1997, held the position of Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, while since July 2021 holds the position of the Chairman of the Board of Directors. His executive duties in Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A. mainly concern issues of financial management and human resources management . Since February 1998 holds the position of Manager in the subsidiary Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping LTD (today’s Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping Sole Shareholder CO.LTD). When the subsidiary Kiriacoulis Marinas S.A. (former Mediterranean Villages S.A.) was established in August 1991, he was elected member in its Board of Directors. In June 2020 he was elected Vice-Chairman of Kiriacoulis Marinas S.A.’s (former Mediterranean Villages S.A.) Board of Directors. Since the establishment of the subsidiary Marina Kalamatas Tourism Sole Shareholder S.A. (former Marina Kalamatas Tourism S.A.) in August 1998 he participates in the Board of Directors as a member.

Working Experience: From 1986 to 1987 he worked at the International Investment World Co. INC. (USA) – Zurich – Switzerland as a Management Consultant and in the Organization of Syndicated Loans for international investment projects. From 1987 to 1992 he worked at Commercial Bank of Greece as Auditor, Marketing Manager and General Manager. From 1992 to 1999 he worked at S.M.L.K. S.A – Financial – Investments Consultants as CEO. Some of the customers of this Company were: K.I. Sarantopoulos SA, Bank of Macedonia-Thrace, Medical Center of Athens, the Agricultural Bank, Commercial Bank of Greece, American Express Bank, Berenberg Bank etc. From 1999 to 2000 he worked as a Management & Public Relations Consultant and CFO at EUROCAMBIO S.A. From 2000 to 2004 he worked at INTRACOM S.A. as Account Manager. From 2005 to 2008 he was Chairman of the Board of the Athens Technical Insurance Fund (TATTA). From 2009 to 2010 he was Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors at the G. & Aik Hatzikonsta Foundation. From 2008 to 2013 he was the owner of NCS Financial Consulting. From 2013 until today he is CEO and Partner in the company CORCIU & ROSS Investment Bankers. Finally, from 2015 until today, he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of LIGHT SKY HOTELS SA. Since February 1998 he participates in the Board of Directors of Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A. From June 2014 to April 2018 he participated in the Audit Committee of Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A. Since July 2021, he holds the position of the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A. Dimitrios G. Geravelis
Birth Year:1943
Studies: Graduate of the Department of Electrician Foremen of the Sivitanidios Public School of Arts and Professions.
Working Experience: From 1966 to 1977 he worked as an interior electrician. From 1977 to 1988 he was a member of the technical company “DOMISI ATTICA”. In 1988 he founded the technical company for the construction of apartment buildings under the name “ERGODOMI”, in the capital of which he participated until 2012. Along with his professional career in the field of construction and exploitation of real estate, he was active in the field of marine tourism as a ship owner, owning during the period 1985 – 1997 a professional yacht. As of August 2023 he participates in the Board of Directors of Kιriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A.. From August 2023 he participates in the Audit Committee of Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A.. Also, from August 2023 he participates in the Remuneration & Nominations Committee of Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A..
The Board of Directors’ tenure is 4 years and it will expire with the election of a new Board of Directors from the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders which will be held in the year 2027.
