The Parent Company’s management, according to its policy of renewal and modernization of the fleet, buys every year new yachts disposing at the same time the oldest ones. In this manner, the Parent Company maintains its competitiveness, achieves the application of a profitable price policy while at the same time limits the maintenance expenses. The Parent Company exploits yachts, constructed from recognized shipyards (Bavaria Yachtbau GmbH, Dufour Yachts S.A., Fountaine Pajot S.A., CNB Lagoon S.A, Jeanneau Yachts, Beneteau Yachts, Nautitech Catamarans and Catana Group S.A.), with which has a long lasting collaboration under preferential terms, that has direct effect on the quality, the equipment, the dates of delivery and the acquisition cost of the yachts.
