Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007

Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping SA in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and Article 19 of the European Parliament’s Rules of Procedure (EU) 596/2014, informs the investing public that the shareholder Mrs. Areti Kiriacoulis who has a close bond (first degree relationship) with those who have managerial duties in the Company, sold on 04.07.2019 through the Athens Stock Exchange 647.451 registered shares of a total value of 1.003.973,05 euro, a transaction that was disclosed on us in accordance with the law.

The consequence of this transaction is that the percentage of Mrs. Areti Kiriacoulis in the Company’s share capital changed from 33,20% corresponding to 2.521.580 shares and voting rights of the Company to 24,68% corresponding to 1.874.129 shares and voting rights of the Company.
