Announcement of dividend distribution from the profits of 2007
As per article 279§1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, “KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A.” announces that according to the decision of the Ordinary General Assembly of the shareholders held on 30 June 2008, the total net dividend for 2007 amounts to € 531,661.20 which accounts for a net dividend of € 0.035 per share. Beneficiaries of the dividend for the year 2007 are all shareholders at the end of the trading session of Athens Exchange on 7 August 2008. The ex-dividend date will be on 8 August 2008. Thus, shares will be traded on Athens Exchange from 8 August 2008 with no right to the dividend of the period 01.01.2007 to 31.12.2007. The amount above is free from any tax as per Law 2238/1994, as currently in force. The distribution of dividend will commence on 18 August 2008 through PIRAEUS BANK S.A. (payer bank) as follows: – Through the authorized operators of the Dematerialised Securities System (investment services firms and banks) for shareholders who have given such an authorization. – Through the branch network of PIRAEUS BANK S.A. for those shareholders who either keep their shares in special securities accounts in the Dematerialised Securities System or have not given or revoked such an authorization to their operators (with a relevant letter to “Hellenic Exchanges S.A.” at least 5 working days before the date of distribution of dividend) or for shares held in accounts of non presented shareholders. In these cases, the distribution will be made directly to shareholder by presenting their identification card, tax number and share account (in the Dematerialised Securities System). In case of a dividend payment to a person other than the shareholder, a written authorization signed by the shareholder and ratified by competent Greek authority, besides the above, should be presented to PIRAEUS BANK S.A. After 31 December 2008 the distribution of dividend will be made from the company’s offices at 7 Alimou Ave. Alimos – Attica, after contacting the Shareholders’ Service Department (tel. 210-9886187). The company will provide a relevant Distribution of Dividend Certificate.
