In the real estate and constructions business, the Group was active in 2012 through one subsidiary company. The projects in progress of the latter concern the construction of two apartment buildings in Marousi, a complex of maisonettes in Vari Attica and the construction of an apartment building on a self-owned property in Kaminia Piraeus.
